F&BEarly stage
From chat to a trusted order.
Ingredient orders in Zalo become structured orders, approved by a person before they become supply orders.
Ingredient orders get lost in chat.
Before: Orders scattered across chats
Now: Paste the message, the AI drafts the order
Before: Retyped, lines missed, prices wrong
Now: A person edits, then accepts each draft
Before: Three weeks on, nobody knows why it changed
Now: Every ingredient change is its own revision
Before: Lots and expiry are hard to trace
Now: Lots, expiry and FEFO reservations
Scroll through each step
The path of one ingredient order.
The order arrives
Paste or type the order and start right away.
Kept word for word; the customer's text is never edited.
What it leaves
The original, to compare with the AI's reading.
The AI reads it
Pulls out outlet, items, quantities and units.
The draft is kept apart from operating data.
What it leaves
The original and the draft side by side.
A person approves
Edit the lines that need it, then accept or drop.
Not accepted means not an order.
What it leaves
Who looked, what changed, accepted or dropped.
Supply order
Each ingredient change becomes its own revision.
Only an approved draft becomes an order.
What it leaves
A chain of revisions; nothing overwritten.
Lots and expiry
Record lots, expiry and nearest-expiry reservations when inventory is enabled.
Reconcile receipts, issues and adjustments against real operations.
What it leaves
Track reserved quantities and stock issues.
Receivables
By design: owed by legal entity, with ageing.
It never issues e-invoices on its own.
What it leaves
By design: from a balance back to its orders.

Common questions.
We run our own outlets, no franchise. Does it fit?
Yes. The core is shared by every model. Franchise and receivables switch on only when a chain really sells ingredients to another legal entity.
How do I enter the F&B workspace?
The workspace owner invites the correct email and outlet. Accept the invitation, sign in and select the F&B workspace. Registering an account does not create an outlet or grant pilot access.
What can we use today?
Internal requests, item clarification, independent approval, supply orders and reporting. Inventory, quality and manual cash depend on workspace access and verified operating data.
Is this restaurant management software?
No. It does not replace point of sale, table or shift tools. It runs the back of house: ingredients, supply, stock and receivables.
If your orders live in Zalo.
Start with one outlet, an operator and an independent approver. Measure the journey from request to approved order.
