AccountingBuilt deep

Clear books. An unbroken trail.

Documents through one door, read by the AI, the unsure parts to a reviewer, then matched to the bank.

The eight-petal flower in 3D, with the Accounting petal open.

Margin wears away in repetition.

  1. Before: Documents from every direction

Now: One door: upload or a connected mailbox

  2. Before: Keying numbers off photos

Now: Each field read, the unsure ones flagged

  3. Before: Ledger lines lose their origin

Now: Every field links to its document

  4. Before: Filing season arrives at once

Now: Reviewers see only what needs eyes

Scroll through each step

From documents in to books closed.

  1. Step 1 of 6Runs on its own

    Documents in

Arrive by upload or mailbox, filed under the right client.

A broken file goes to a queue, never dropped.

    What it leaves

The original, its source and when it arrived.

  2. Step 2 of 6Runs on its own

    Read and classify

Extracts each field and flags low confidence.

Spend is capped; at the cap the screen says so.

    What it leaves

Each field links to the page it was read from.

  3. Step 3 of 6Needs approval

    Reviewer

The queue puts the unsure fields first.

Below the threshold nothing posts on its own.

    What it leaves

Who changed which field, from what, to what.

  4. Step 4 of 6Runs on its own

    Reconciliation

Matches bank transactions to documents, approved in batches.

Unmatched items stay on the list.

    What it leaves

Each match links to its document and statement line.

  5. Step 5 of 6Needs approval

    Close

Checks before closing and lists what is still open.

The period closes only when nothing is left.

    What it leaves

The frozen period, who closed it and when.

  6. Step 6 of 6Runs on its own

    Close packet

Reports with links back to every document.

Built only from a closed period.

    What it leaves

From a report line to the exact document.

What we guarantee.

  • Unsure goes to a person

Below the threshold, nothing posts unconfirmed.

  • Each client in its own house

Checked in the data layer, not only the interface.

  • Reading has a ceiling

At the cap the state is shown, never hidden.

  • Every change leaves a mark

Adjustments add records; history is not overwritten.

Common questions.

What if it reads something wrong?

Confidence is recorded per field. Anything below the threshold goes to review and does not post. The point is knowing exactly where a person must look.

Many clients: can their data mix?

No. Each client sits in its own boundary, checked in the data layer. One engagement cannot see another client's records.

Does this replace our accountants?

No. It takes the repetitive keying and matching, so qualified people spend their hours on review and advice.

Start with one client, one period.

Pick the client with the most documents, run one period alongside your process, then compare real hours.
