Stories

Evidence, not promises.

The first story has a name. Figures are published only once the pilot has measured them and the customer agrees.

One accounting firm, many sets of books, one place to work.

Greenfield & Associates is an accounting services firm. It keeps the books for many clients, each with its own set of books in QuickBooks Online.

Greenfield & Associates agreed to be named on this page.

The daily work

Client documents arrive by email, as attachments and through OneDrive.

On AI Global Hub

  1. Outlook email and attachments land in one shared inbox, readable before they are assigned to a client.
  2. Statements in attachments are imported into the right set of books, each import opening a review task. Files on OneDrive are picked and imported into a book.
  3. Each client's QuickBooks Online books are read in. Staff mark the reconciliation, managers finalise it.

Still done by people

Email to clients goes through review. Writing to QuickBooks stays switched off until it is independently qualified.

We will publish numbers once the pilot has measured them.

  1. Step 1 of 4Runs on its own

    A pilot runs

One process, one month, beside the way the team works today.

  2. Step 2 of 4Runs on its own

    The trail records it

Hours before and after, from the system's own trail.

  3. Step 4 of 4Runs on its own

    Published, misses included

Any stage that did not speed up is written down too.

When we publish, we will say.

  • Which exact process

One stretch of work, not a digital transformation.

  • Hours before and after

From the system's trail, not impressions.

  • Including what did not work

Any stage that did not speed up gets written down.

Want to be first?

The earliest pilots tend to get shaped around the team running them.
